(A) Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(B) Each day the violation exists constitutes a separate offense. The State’s Attorney of the county shall bring such actions in the name of the people of the state or may bring action for an injunction to restrain such violation or to enjoin the operation of any such establishment causing such violation.
