§ 36.126 TRAFFIC OFFENSES DEFINED.
   The following are considered traffic offenses within county limits:
   (A)   Speeding. Exceeding the posted speed limit at any given location;
   (B)   Failure to yield. Failing to stop at a stop sign or yield to pedestrians or other vehicles within the right-of-way;
   (C)   Improper lane usage. Failing to remain with in your lane of traffic or using a lane that is not properly designated;
   (D)   No valid driver’s license. Failing to provide a valid driver’s license at the time of stop or not having a valid driver’s license;
   (E)   Registration violations. Any violation of registration on a motor vehicle; and
   (F)   Seat belt. It is unlawful to drive a motor vehicle without wearing your safety belt.
