(A) Should any section, clause or provision of this subchapter be declared by the courts to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this subchapter as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be invalid.
(B) In any case where a provision of this subchapter is found to be in conflict with a provision of any zoning, building, fire, safety, health or related code or ordinance, existing on the effective date of this subchapter, the provision which establishes the higher standard for the promotion and protection of the health and safety of the people shall prevail.
