5.16.160: LICENSED PREMISES; RIGHT OF ENTRY OF OFFICERS:
Any duly authorized police officer of the city shall have the right at any time to make an examination of the premises of any licensee as to whether the laws of the state and the provisions of this code and other ordinances of this city are being complied with. (Prior code §4-21)
