4.08.080: TENURE:
The following tenure of office shall be provided for the members of the Developer Reimbursement Commission:
A.   The initial commission members shall be appointed for three (3) year terms.
B.   The ex officio members of the commission shall hold membership corresponding to their tenures of office or employment in the City of Jerome. (Ord. 1164, 2017)
