4.04.030: MEMBERSHIP:

Members and officers shall be comprised of no greater than seven (7) members to consist of residents and business owners. These members shall be appointed by the mayor and will volunteer to serve on the committee for a period of two (2) years. (Ord. 1156, 2016)
