A. It shall be unlawful for any person to place a mobile home or manufactured home on real property in the city without a siting permit issued by the city.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to place a mobile home or manufactured home on real property in the city in violation of any siting permit issued for that purpose.
C. A violation of this section shall be considered a misdemeanor. Every separate day where a violation of this section has occurred shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 805 §5, 1996)
