15.26.030: APPLICATION; FEE:
Any person desiring to place a mobile home or manufactured home within the city limits shall make a written application to the city building official which shall contain:
A.   The name of the owner of the manufactured home or mobile home;
B.   The name of the owner of the real property on which the mobile home or manufactured home will be placed;
C.   The legal description and physical address of the real property on which the mobile home or manufactured home will be placed;
D.   A drawing of the lot on which the mobile home or manufactured home will be placed indicating the exact proposed location of the mobile or manufactured home, including front, back and side yard setbacks;
E.   The name of the manufacturer, year of manufacture, and vehicle identification number for the mobile or manufactured home;
F.   The zoning of the proposed site for the mobile or manufactured home;
G.   If the proposed site is zoned R-1, a detailed description of the square footage of the mobile or manufactured home, the pitch of the roof, the nature and color of exterior siding and roof, and the foundation plan;
H.   Such other information as may be reasonably required by the building official.
The application must be accompanied by a nonrefundable one hundred dollar ($100.00) fee. The fee may be adjusted from time to time by resolution of the city council.
If the application is complete, the building official shall promptly review the application and if it is found compatible with this chapter and all other applicable ordinances of the city, the building official shall issue a permit to the applicant for the siting of the mobile or manufactured home in accordance with the application. If the building official denies the application, he shall provide the applicant the reasons for the denial in writing. The building official shall act on any complete application within ten (10) days of receipt. (Ord. 805 §2, 1996)
