A. In addition to the power to revoke a mobile home park license under section 15.24.070 of this chapter, the board of investigators may send the owner of a mobile home park a written notice of noncompliance, notifying the owner of the mobile home park of deficiencies under this chapter. Any single event of noncompliance which remains uncured within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the notice will be declared to be a violation of this chapter punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) together with ten dollars ($10.00) per day for every day after the initial day of violation and cure period which the violation remains uncured.
B. Nothing contained in this section shall prohibit the implementation of license revocation proceedings under section 15.24.070 of this chapter. (Ord. 1060 §6, 2009)
