A. An adequate and safe sewage disposal system shall be provided in all mobile home parks for conveying and disposing of all sewage. Wherever available, connection shall be made to a public system. All new improvements shall be designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
B. Where the sewage collection lines of a mobile home park are not connected to a public sewer all proposed sewage disposal facilities shall be approved by the authority having jurisdiction prior to construction. (Ord. 628 §18, 1980)
