A. If a fence or windbreak is located on a mobile home lot, it shall not exceed eight feet (8') in height, except where such fence is on park property line. No person shall plant, install or otherwise create on public or private property an obstruction to the vision of the drivers of a vehicle at an intersection which, in the opinion of the city, constitutes a traffic hazard.
B. A fence or windbreak exceeding forty two inches (42") in height shall not be located closer than five feet (5') to any mobile home or mobile home accessory building or structure. A fence or windbreak shall not be used to form an enclosure of any part of an awning or carport. (Ord. 628 §15, 1980)
