15.24.110: CABANAS:

A. A cabana may be erected, constructed, occupied or maintained on a mobile home lot as an accessory to a mobile home and be of one story and conforming to state and city building codes.

B. A cabana shall be designed and constructed as a freestanding structure. A cabana may be attached to a mobile home with appropriate flashing or sealing materials to provide a weather seal. (Ord. 628 §11, 1980)
