15.24.050: LICENSE; INSPECTION PREREQUISITE TO ISSUANCE:
No license shall be issued without the recommendation of the board of investigators and such board shall inspect and approve, by majority vote, the mobile home park plan demonstrating full compliance with all provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1060 §4, 2009)
