All applications for license pursuant to this chapter shall be made to the proper city officials and shall show a complete plan of the mobile home park including the following:
A. The site plan area used for motor home park purposes;
B. Roadways and driveways, including the width and type of surface;
C. Location of sites for motor homes;
D. Location and number of auxiliary structures;
E. Method and plan of garbage and refuse collection and removal;
F. Plan for all utilities;
G. Plan for outdoor lighting. (Ord. 628 §4, 1980)
