15.24.010: DEFINITIONS:
Whenever used in this chapter, unless a different meaning appears from the context, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
   CABANA: A room enclosure erected or constructed adjacent to a mobile home for residential use by the occupant of the mobile home.
   LICENSE: A document issued annually by the city permitting a mobile home park to be operated under this chapter.
   MOBILE HOME: A factory assembled structure or structures generally constructed prior to June 15, 1976, and equipped with the necessary service connections and made so as to be readily movable as a unit or units on their own running gear and designed to be used as a dwelling unit or units with or without a permanent foundation. The term "manufactured home" shall have the meaning found at section 17.03.480 of this code.
   MOBILE HOME PARK OR MANUFACTURED HOME PARK: Any site or tract of land under single ownership, upon which six (6) or more mobile homes or manufactured homes are located, either free of charge or for revenue purposes; and shall include any roadway, building, structure, vehicle or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of such park. For purposes of this chapter the terms "mobile home park" and "manufactured home park" shall be synonymous.
   MOBILE HOME SPACE: A plot of ground within a mobile home park designated for the accommodation of one mobile home.
   PORCH OR PATIO: An outside walking area having the floor elevated above grade.
   RAMADA: Any freestanding roof or shade structure installed or erected above an occupied mobile home or any portion thereof. (Ord. 1061 §1, 2009: Ord. 1060 §§1, 2, 2009: Ord. 945 §§1, 2, 3, 2004: Ord. 628 §1, 1980)
