The following tracts are excluded from the fire limits or districts:
A. Lots 6 through 12, both inclusive, in Block 49;
B. All of Blocks 50, 51 and 52;
C. Blocks A-255, A-256, A-259 and A-260;
D. Tax One (1) of Block A-261;
E. Tax One (1) of Block A-262;
F. All Jerome Townsite; and
G. That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Eight (8) South, Range Seventeen (17) East, Boise Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west boundary line of SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 18 which point lies north a distance of 40 feet from the center line of State Highway No. 25 and which point is also a point on the north boundary line of Highway No. 25, thence South 88°37' East along the north boundary line of State Highway No. 25 a distance of 325 feet, thence north parallel with the west boundary line of such SE 1/4 SE 1/4 a distance of 516 feet, thence North 88°37' West a distance of 325 feet to a point on the west boundary of SE 1/4 SE 1/4, thence south on the west boundary line a distance of 516 feet, to the point of beginning.
