Any plumbing contractor, plumbing journeyman, or any other person who has had notice from the plumbing inspector, or who has been found guilty of violating this chapter by using materials not in accordance with this chapter, shall remove any such materials or part of plumbing system not complying with this chapter within ten (10) days following notice of such violation and any violation of the provisions of this section are declared to be a nuisance.
