15.12.050: PLUMBERS' LICENSES; ELIGIBILITY:
Any person who has been duly licensed or issued a certificate of competency by the state or by any city of the state, having a plumbing code substantially equivalent to the code adopted by the city, may be licensed by the city without taking any examination, upon the payment of the fees provided for in section 15.12.040 of this chapter. (Prior code §6-71)
