Upon the effective date hereof, the city clerk is authorized and directed to transmit to the county recorder, county auditor and tax assessor of Jerome County, and to the appropriate officials of the Jerome County board of county commissioners, Jerome County School District, Jerome highway district, College of Southern Idaho, Jerome recreation district, and to the state tax commission, a copy of the ordinance codified herein, a copy of the legal description of the boundaries of the third amended revenue allocation area, and a map or plan indicating the boundaries of the third amended revenue allocation area.
