14.08.060: ACTION AGAINST PLAN:
No direct or collateral action attacking the third amended South Lincoln plan shall be brought prior to the effective date hereof or after the elapse of thirty (30) days from and after the effective date hereof. (Ord. 940 §6, 2003)
