14.04.040: POWERS:
The board of commissioners shall have the ability to exercise such powers as it may lawfully exercise under the provisions of Idaho Code 50-2001 et seq. The board of commissioners shall have power to make reasonable rules of procedure to govern the conduct of its business. (Ord. 869 §5, 1998)
