14.04.020: TERMS OF OFFICE:
Each commissioner shall serve a term of five (5) years, provided that the initial commissioners shall serve terms as follows:

Seat 5
1 year
 
After the initial term of the office has been completed, all successive terms of office shall be for a period of five (5) years. (Ord. 869 §2, 1998)
