A late fee in the amount of thirty dollars ($30.00) shall be required from the responsible party, as provided elsewhere in this title, for late payment of a domestic water or wastewater collection and treatment account. "Late" for purposes of defining "late fee" shall mean payment on unpaid accounts received after the beginning of regular business hours of the last Tuesday of each month. The rates and fees established herein may be amended or revised in the future by a resolution passed by a majority of the full city council. (Ord. 1142, 2015)
