13.36.130: ANALYSES:

The waste samples will be analyzed by city forces. Laboratory procedures used in the examination of industrial wastes shall be those set forth in "standard methods". However, alternate methods for certain analyses of industrial wastes may be used. (Ord. 586 §405, 1976)
