13.36.110: INDUSTRIAL WASTE SEWER SERVICE CHARGES:
Each person discharging industrial wastes to a public sanitary sewer with a daily total loading in excess of thirty (30) pounds per day suspended solids, thirty (30) pounds per day of five (5) day BOD, or any average total flow in excess of 0.025 million gallons per day shall, when directed by the city administrator, or his duly authorized deputy, agent or representative, construct and maintain approved measurement and sampling facilities for all waste entering the sanitary sewer. These facilities shall be used to obtain flow, BOD, and suspended solids data for use as a basis to the industrial waste service charges on a monthly basis.
