13.36.100: CONTROL OF ADMISSIBLE WASTES; TIME EXTENSION FOR COMPLIANCE:
When it can be demonstrated that circumstances exist which would create an unreasonable burden on the person to comply with the time schedule imposed by section 13.36.090 of this chapter, a request for extension of time may be presented for consideration of the approving authority. (Ord. 586 §402, 1976)
