A. Within three (3) months after passage of this chapter, each person who discharges industrial wastes to a public sewer shall prepare and file with the approving authority a report that shall include pertinent data relating to the quantity and characteristics of the wastes discharged to the wastewater treatment works.
B. Similarly, each person desiring to make a new connection to a public sewer for the purpose of discharging industrial wastes shall prepare and file with the approving authority a report that shall include actual or predicted data relating to the quantity and characteristics of the waste to be discharged.
