13.36.040: ADMISSION OF INDUSTRIAL WASTES INTO PUBLIC SEWERS; SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION:
Plans, specifications, and any other pertinent information relating to proposed pretreatment or processing facilities shall be submitted for approval to the approving authority prior to the start of their construction if the effluent from such facilities is to be discharged into the public sewers. (Ord. 586 §203, 1976)
