A. An irrigation schedule shall be adopted by the city for each irrigation season. The irrigation schedule shall be adopted by the city administrator in consultation with employees of the irrigation department. The irrigation schedule shall designate the days and times where each property owner may use irrigation water delivered to that property. The irrigation schedule for that irrigation season shall be put in writing and delivered to each property owner by personnel of the city prior to the commencement of each irrigation season.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to use irrigation water provided through the city of Jerome irrigation system in any manner not in compliance with the irrigation schedule for that property.
C. Any of the provisions of subsection B of this section shall be considered a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) per occurrence. (Ord. 947 §1, 2003: Ord. 594, 1977)
