In all cases, not otherwise provided by laws of the state, the provisions of this code and other ordinances of the city, all officers, elective and appointive, shall make a written report to the city council of their activities at the first regular meeting of the council in each month. Any of the above officers charged with the collection of monies shall include with such report an accounting and turnover of all monies collected. (Prior code §2-6)
