13.04.070: CITY ADMINISTRATOR INSPECTION DUTY:
The city administrator, or an employee of the city designated by him, shall perform all duties of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing required by this chapter. (Ord. 722 §1, 1990: Ord. 627(PPP), 1980: prior code §23-7)
