13.04.060: LIMITATION OF CITY LIABILITY FOR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE:
The city shall not be liable for damage to any sewer user by reason of a stoppage or other interruption of his water supply or sewer disposal service caused by scarcity of water, accidents to the sewage works, alterations, additions, or repairs to the sewer system, or from other unavoidable causes beyond the control of the city. (Prior code §23-6)
