13.04.030: DISCHARGE OF SEWAGE INTO NATURAL OUTLETS:
It is unlawful to discharge to any natural outlet within the city, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city, any sanitary sewage, industrial wastes, or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Prior code §23-3)
