For purposes of this chapter terms shall be defined as follows:
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT: The area within the central business district zone boundary line as shown on the current city of Jerome planning and zoning map.
ROLLER SKATES; ROLLERBLADES: Any footwear or other device which can be attached to the foot containing wheels in contact with the surface as a means of transporting the wearer. "Rollerblades" refers to any such footwear or device with in-line wheels.
SKATEBOARD: A board or platform of any material containing wheels in contact with the surface upon which an individual may ride as a means of transporting that individual. (Ord. 920 §1, 2002)
