12.20.040: SPILLING VEHICLE LOADS ON STREETS:
It is unlawful for the driver of a vehicle loaded with ashes, cinders, coal, sand, gravel, mortar, tin cans, rubbish or similar materials to permit or allow the load or any part thereof to scatter along the street. (Prior code §24-7)
