12.20.010: ALLOWING IRRIGATION WATER TO BE RUN UPON STREET:
No person shall run, or permit to be run, into or upon any public street, boulevard or avenue within the city, any irrigation water used by such person, and when such water is run into or upon such street, boulevard or avenue as the result of the wilfulness or negligence of such person, the same shall constitute a misdemeanor. (Prior code §24-1)
