12.08.050: GRADES AND CURB LINES IN BREMER ADDITION:
Sidewalks and curbs laid and constructed prior to January 1, 1939, on the portion of the city included within Bremer Subdivision of Jerome Townsite shall be deemed laid and constructed to authorized grades and at authorized distances from the property lines. (Prior code §24-15)
