12.04.010: MATERIALS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Sidewalks, curbs, crosswalks and driveways within the city shall be of concrete, of such dimensions and thickness and constructed according to such official plans and specifications as from time to time may be adopted by order of the city council and filed with the city clerk. (Prior code §24-2)
