10.20.010: DEFINITIONS:

For purposes of this chapter, the words "truck", "semitrailer" and "truck-tractor" shall be as defined in Idaho Code section 49-121(6)(e) and Idaho Code section 49-121(10)(b) and (e), as said sections now exist and as they may hereafter be amended. (Ord. 1162, 2017)
