A. The city council may, from time to time, designate by resolution bus stop areas. Any such resolution shall contain a specific description of the portion of any street so designated, and shall also fix the hours of each day wherein buses only may park at said locations. Upon any such designation, the city council shall cause the bus stop area to be adequately signed, setting forth the hours in which no motor vehicle, except for commercial buses, may park therein.
B. It is unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle, except a bus engaged in the commercial transportation of goods or passengers, in any designated bus stop area during the hours prohibited by the city council. (Ord. 635, 1980: Ord. 604 §§1A, 1B, 1978)
