No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a roadway designated for angle parking other than within the lines designated for such parking and with the front portion of the vehicle pointed toward the curb. No vehicle shall be parked at a parking space designated for angle parking in such a manner as to allow any portion of the vehicle to extend into the roadway beyond the rearmost portion of the lines used to designate spaces for angle parking.
