10.04.015: ONE HOUR PARKING ZONES:
No person shall stand or park a vehicle in any area designated and appropriately signed as a one hour parking area beyond said time limit. The east side of Lincoln Avenue, between Second Avenue East and Third Avenue East, is hereby designated a one hour parking area. The council may designate further one hour parking areas adopted by resolution. (Ord. 631, 1980: Ord. 604 §3A, 1978)
