9.32.010: DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
A.   The commission of any of the following acts shall constitute disorderly conduct:
   1.   Loitering, prowling or wandering about the private property of another person without visible or lawful business with the owner or occupant of the property or without the express permission of the owner or occupant;
   2.   While loitering, prowling or wandering upon the property of another person, peeking into or through the door or window of any residence, building or structure located thereon, without visible or lawful business with the owner or occupant, or the permission of the owner or occupant;
   3.   Refusing to disperse from any location upon the lawful order to disperse given by an officer of the law acting within the scope of his jurisdiction;
   4.   Engaging in any violent, tumultuous, or offensive conduct, or by threatening, quarreling or challenging to fight, or fighting, or by using obscene, offensive or profane language to the annoyance, disturbance or vexation of another person.
B.   Any person committing the crime of disorderly conduct shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 652 §§1, 2, 1982)
