9.28.020: REMOVAL FROM BUSINESS PREMISES UNLAWFUL:
It is unlawful for any person to remove from a business premises licensed for the consumption thereon of any alcoholic beverage, any open container of alcoholic beverage. (Ord. 629 §1, 1980)
