8.24.130: CONFISCATION OF ILLEGAL FIREWORKS:

The Jerome chief of police, or his designated agents, or employees, may confiscate any fireworks that are imported, exported, sold, offered for sale, given away, possessed, stored, displayed, or discharged in a manner violating any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 1141, 2015)
