8.22.080: COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE LAW:

A. Notwithstanding anything set forth in this chapter, all open burning permitted under the terms and provisions of this chapter shall also be conducted and performed in compliance with the uniform fire code, the Idaho division of environmental quality and all federal and state laws, statutes, rules and regulations applicable thereto. (Ord. 912 §2, 2001)
