8.20.110: FIRE HAZARD ABATEMENT ORDER; FAILURE TO OBEY:
Any owner or occupant failing to comply with the order provided for in section 8.20.090 of this chapter within ten (10) days after such appeal shall have been determined, or if no appeal is taken, then within ten (10) days after the service of the order, shall be liable to a penalty as provided in chapter 1.08 of this code. (Prior code §8-28)
