8.04.146: GROUNDS FOR REFUSAL OF ISSUANCE OF PERMIT OR REVOCATION THEREOF:
A.   Any application for a permit pursuant to this chapter may be rejected upon there appearing to be satisfactory proof that:
   1.   Information required by the application is incomplete or nonexistent;
   2.   The proprietor proposes to collect or remove garbage and rubbish contrary to the existing provisions of this code.
B.   A permit issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked at any time upon satisfactory proof of the permittee failing to abide by any term or condition contained on the permit, or the violation of any relevant portion of this code. (Ord. 658 §2, 1982)
