8.04.140: UNLAWFUL PLACEMENT OF GARBAGE, RUBBISH OR REFUSE:
Except as provided elsewhere in this chapter, it is unlawful for any person to place any garbage, rubbish or refuse upon any street, alley, sidewalk, or other public property within the city. (Ord. 781 §4, 1994: prior code §9-13)
