The city clerk may deny any application made pursuant to this chapter, or revoke a permit once issued, for any of the following reasons:
A. Failure to provide all information required by the application, or to maintain the animal(s) in accordance with the information contained in the application;
B. Inadequate provision for the protection of the public;
C. Keeping of the animal(s) in violation of any other ordinance of this city or Jerome County, or a law of the state or the United States of America;
D. Failure to pay the original or renewal permit fee. (Ord. 651 §3, 1982)
